1. No Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the item does not fit in your space. If you’re unsure about sizing, placement, or other product details, please contact our support team before purchasing.
2. Quality or Manufacturing Issues
If your safe box arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will gladly assist you.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- We require photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue.
After our team and/or the brand agent reviews and confirms the issue, the solution may be:
- Offering a replacement unit or
- Arranging for a repair
