Due to the size, weight, and handling requirements of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.


1. Change of Mind Policy (Exchange Only)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, customers may request a one-time exchange to another model under the same brand within 7 days of delivery, subject to all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be intact
  • The product must not be drilled, anchored, modified, or tampered with
  • The customer is fully responsible for all return transportation and handling costs
  • A handling/restocking fee of up to 30% may apply depending on product size and logistics costs
  • If exchanging to a higher-priced model, the price difference must be paid
  • If exchanging to a lower-priced model, any price difference is non-refundable

Due to the heavy nature of safe boxes, transport and manpower costs may be substantial. Customers are strongly advised to confirm sizing and placement before purchasing.


2. Installed or Modified Products

Any safe that has been:

  • Installed
  • Anchored to floor or wall
  • Drilled or structurally modified

is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


3. Custom or Special Order Items

Custom-sized, indent, or specially ordered products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


4. Damaged or Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

Upon verification, we may offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

If a defect is confirmed, reasonable collection or return costs may be covered by us.


5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method.

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.
